When the film Ulysses Gaze came out many years ago I inquired about a film archives in Sarajevo and people in Europe told me that there really was not one so to speak. Of course that was many years ago and perhaps now that the conflict is over thing may have changed. As a ps I forwarded your email to Jack Stauffacher for a response from his end...
