Dear All:
My new film, 5 lessons and 9 questions about Chinatown, part of the
Chinatown Film Project, will be showing here and there in NYC this
fall. The project is interesting because of its main subject and the
complete freedom we had within the short film framework, but also
because Karin Chien and Nancy Bulacao invited a range of filmmakers
to participate, from straight narrative and documentary makers to
experimental to whatever (i'm never sure what label best fits me).
