On the same note, there is a Levi's commercial running
that seems to borrow a lot from some old experimental films.
It has a scratchy older man voice reading the text that sounds A LOT like
Burroughs.
It has what looks like scratching on film titles, and is in black & white.
I usually can tune out commercials, but the first time this Levi's one came on,
it immediately got my attention. It seems very borrowed from the avant garde genre,
and it was a little shocking to see.
Anyone know what commercial I am referring to?
