I just stumbled across this lab recently. Can't vouch for them:
http://www.filmrescue.com/index.html
I recently sent a roll to Dwayne's which I thought was K-14, but may have,
in retrospect, been Kodachrome 2. Not much came out. Should of tried Film
Rescue.
Best,
Chris
