In follow-up to my query about writing on readymades and mashups, I wanted to point out that the online journal SCOPE just released its 10th anniversary issue titled "Cultural Borrowings: Appropriation, Reworking, Transformation."

Of particular interest is Eli Horwatt's "A Taxonomy of Digital Video Remixing: Contemporary Found Footage Practice on the Internet"
http://www.scope.nottingham.ac.uk/cultborr/chapter.php?id=8

The issue can be found here, and is also available for download as an e-book: http://www.scope.nottingham.ac.uk/cultborr/index.php
