Hey Frameworks,
I have a question none of my friends can answer. I need the name of two
different films I saw forever ago:
1. It's a 16mm, B&W film. It's made up of these short shots of people's
backs on a city street. Each shot lasts about a second and then immediately
cuts to black.
2. It was referenced in Priit Parn's 1895 when the one Lumiere brother sees
this frenetic scratch-on-film shape on a desk. He procedes to hit it with a
brick and the tint of the film changes from green to red. The scene can be
