Brakhage's "Scenes From Under Childhood (Section 1)" has a sound track
that was intended to represent pre-verbal sounds, even at the opening
fetal memories.
This sound track is not always turned on at screenings; it's optional,
and when the first section is shown with others, then it should be
shown silent.
