Following up on Jeremy's post, MoMA does distribute "Rape" via their circulating library. I recently rented a copy for a screening in Oberlin, and it arrived about three days after the screening date. However, I was implored not to show the print by Ono's film archivist, who had caught wind of the screening beforehand, due to the poor condition of the 16mm copy. She ended up sending a DVD copy of the film, which was excellent, and which I had no choice but to show since the print didn't arrive in time anyway.
All of which is to say, I'm not sure how good MoMA's print is.
