Looks like a nice piece.
Most likely the pressure plate can be removed, and then you can wipe
down the pressure plate and aperture with a variety of methods. A lint
free cloth of some kind is a must. Beware sometimes the claw can
protrude and you don't want to catch that on the cloth incase you might
bend it.
With the pressure plate properly installed you could use a "Puffer" to
blow out dust from the camera body.
