[Frameworks] used mini dv cameras

Hi all,

Once more I am putting out a call for any working condition mini dv cameras that anyone may have that they no longer want. I plan to take the cameras to Cuba this December to give to needy filmmakers there. Filmmakers in Cuba have little or no cameras to use. I know many filmmakers on this list who are dumping their old mini dv cams for hd ones. There is very little cash market for these regular dv cameras anymore. In Cuba these cameras will be put to good use. I can put those who donate material in touch with the Cuban filmmakers I will give them to for direct communication.

The US economic embargo has destroyed the economy of Cuba and it does not look like it will end quickly. There is a severe lack of film equipment of any kind, so anything you may want me to bring there will be utilized to the fullest extent.

If interested, please contact me at email suppressed and not at this address. Thank you

So is Kodak out of both Plus-X Reversal 7265 AND Plus-X Negative 7231 (I
know they are discontinued, but are they out of stock of both?)

Neither 7222 nor 7266 have the B/W look that I like, especially for outdoor
shooting. 7222 is way to grey, and 7266 has too much contrast and grain.
Both Plus-X stocks had a lot less apparent grain, and a perfect contrast for
outdoor shooting.
