Gene,
I know that Chase had several of his films digitized a few years ago and had
several DVDs made of Lulu (which due to a dispute with the estate of Alban
Berg cannot be commercially screened), but it's a really good quality
transfer. I believe that DVDs and prints can be loaned directly from Chase,
his e-mail is (address suppressed)
Also, I can provide phone and mail contact information for him off list to
anyone that's interested.
