The reason to not start something is cost and staffing. We currently run a
simple website and the additional security for the web store would be an
ongoing expense. The integration of the online store into our current
website will also be a major budget item for us.
As a non-profit charity we always take time to evaluate the climate prior
to approving any expenditures.
