Hmm...I've often assumed that listing an actual replacement value on insurance but then putting a low value and language such as "no commercial value, for cultural purposes only, to be returned to country of origin" or something similar could cause problems with customs. I've often used that language and waived the additional insurance from FedEx or other shippers.
However, a quick google search yielded a reference to the Anibar Festival in Kosovo, which suggests the following language:
Please mention -“temporary import – for cultural purposes only, no commercial value”.
The insurance value is for custom purposes only. No commercial transaction involved.
And mark -No value-, or not more than -10 US$.
