I just got off the phone with Forde. Rich is in the middle of moving
processors over to the new Lenora St address (Alpha Cine). Rich, Matt and
Heather are all moving over to the new facility.
I hope the quality of work will remain high in addition to Alpha's ability
to be flexible with prices (which Forde was not). Apparently, they will
continue will all speciality services, inlcuding reversal and B/W neg.

Below is the official word from Forde's website:
Forde Labs and Alpha Cine are now one great lab.
Alpha Cine Lab president, Don Jensen, and Forde Motion Picture Labs
president, Rich Vedvick have been acquaintances, associates, competitors
and friends. It is now our pleasure to announce that Don and Rich have
combined their respective operations to form a company that will offer a
high level of technical proficiency, greater diversity in services and
expanded hours of operation.
Just considering key staff, our combined film lab experience is well in
excess of 100 years! Services run the gamut from 35mm Film-Out to Super 8
Color Negative Processing, and morning to middle-of-the-night processing
runs mean greater scheduling flexibility for your production stream.
Don and Rich are sincerely excited about the customer service potential of
this new structure and look forward to greeting you during your visit to
Alpha Cine/Forde Labs located at 1001 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121.
Or call us at 206 682-2510 or 206 682-8230 or 800 682-2510.
