For purchase or for exhibition? If you're interested in screening it publicly, I'm pretty positive you can rent a video copy from Image Forum in Tokyo (www.imageforum.co.jp, email suppressed). If you're interested in watching it purely for personal pleasure, I'm not sure where you can get a copy - save for going to Tokyo and watching it at Image Forum (that's where I saw it, about 2 years ago).
