I started it, I watched it grow, it was great and strong for a minute. I
was proud of all the discussion my little thread caused...but now ...poor
little thread...so tired.......it's time for you to fly.....it has become
like ping pong.
my last thoughts and replies:
I just want to say to mitsu, you said way back that I was insulting your
friend, Miranda July's art.
Nope, never said that. This thread was never about her art, it was never
about opinions about her art. You just kept using her work as an example
for every point you were trying to make.
also later, you wrote: """"""To have them told, no you're not doing
experimental
film, you're doing something so different that we don't even
want to talk to
you about it --- that's just depressing to me. """""""
Nobody ever said they didnt want to/ wouldn't talk about different
things........but remember, this is an EXPERIMENTAL FILM discussion list,
that *will* be our focus.
as it has been pointed out many, many times before there are other lists and
forums for the type of discussions that don't really belong here....

yeah, me too. sad inninit??
I said thanks to some shivering, shorts wearing l.a. guys that were shooting
16mm in dolores park a couple of weeks ago, I told them thanks for shooting
16mm, and it was obvious they were surprised I recognized the format. they
said it was a luxury for them......

Is that really true? because that is pretty cool then.....
let me just say............
กกกกก VIVA FILM !!!!
you all know what I mean by film , don't you?? ;)
sincerely,
