Dear Amy,

Worldcat (library reference) lists a copy in the University of Texas at
Austin. Seems scarce, however there's a bibliographic note that states
this is also "in a whole issue of Theatre arts, v.33, no.6, July 1949."

Title: The experimental film : a layman's guide to its understanding and
enjoyment /
Author(s): Tyler, Parker.
Publication: Chicago : J.D. Macarthur,
Year: 1949
Description: p. [46]-48, 99 : ill. ; 29 cm.
Language: English
 SUBJECT(S)
Descriptor: Experimental films.
Note(s): In a whole issue of Theatre arts, v.33, no.6, July 1949.
