As part of the Louis Wolfson II Florida Moving Image Archive's "Rewind/Fast Forward Film Festival" (July 28-30, 2006, rewindfastforward.org), TIE curator, Christopher May, will be in Miami on Saturday evening, presenting an original program entitled, "Recycle, Reuse, Re-cinema: Found Footage in Art Cinema, 1950s-Present". The program is co-presented by cinemavortex.org.

On Sunday, a panel discussion brings together several Rewind/Fast Forward filmmakers and presenters in a forum designed to shed light on the methods (and sometimes the madness) that go into producing works utilizing archival images. Moderated by Kevin Wynn, the panel includes Christopher May, Andrew Lampert, Chad Tingle, Megan Williams.
