Im also searching for Le joli mai, so I can not tell you where to get a
copy.

But I can give an answer to your second question. The dvd with Sans Solei
and La jetée is a great dvd. The quality is good but most important the both
films are great and the combine each other perfectly. The extra material is
quite poor but I definitely recommend you to buy it.
