ABOUT MEDIA CITY:
Media City is an annual international festival of experimental film
and video art presented in Windsor, Ontario by House of Toast (a
video production centre) and Artcite Inc. (an artist-run centre for
contemporary art). Each year Media City screens approximately sixty
new films and videos in all gauges and formats in its international
competition programs. The festival also presents retrospective
screenings and discussions with featured artists, specialized
symposia, multi-disciplinary and "expanded cinema" performances,
installations and welcomes a legion of visiting artists from around
the world.
