hi, yeah, thats the only place where
the proposed system would break down,
if people didn,t keep circulating things.
the proposed system, i guess, would have to
take account of that ... it wouldn,t be a
queue, either, so that all available pieces
for circulating would potentially still
circulate ...
i,ve just been too lazy to write the
thing up & am rather spending my time
wandering the streets of berlin rather
than getting down to work ...
when i get back, i,ll make a push on
it ...
