which is one of the reasons i recommended therapy
your actions here on the list are nothing if they are not consistent
they are also super suspect of being really off

you could have so brought this up with much less assault and violence
a therapist would say you were acting out
(who told you to shut up allot when you were little?
does it help for you to try and make everyone else pay for it?)
