Assuming you have RS ("Rapid") style 6 plate...
If brakes don't lift from the winding motor you likely have a problem
with PCB #LST3.
Troubleshoot by:
*Check if power is coming to the PCB.
*Replacing relays.
*Test thyristors on this board and replace the bad ones.
*Replace PCB for new one (Atomic Film and Eagle Eye for parts).
