Hello all
Myron brings up something interesting, the idea of common cinematic clichés that occur in student films. I would appreciate any thoughts on what clichés are seen more often in student films and why they are considered clichés. Also, what cliché means in terms of avant garde film. Are there avant clichés that are too often used as well?
Strong personal opinions are encouraged, as are academic thoughts on the subject.
