You can use the logo freely if the replication house you are using
has met all the standards required by the DVD Forum. The lab licenses
that permission. In fact it is an obligation to use the logo, to
distinguish DVD-Video from DVD-Rom, CDs and other formats. It is not
approved for burned discs.
