Did you try Trinity Square Video?

Trinity Square Video (TSV) welcomes proposals on an
on-going basis.
TSV is a not-for-profit artist-run centre in Toronto
dedicated to the presentation of contemporary
video-based work. We are interested in showcasing work
that stretches video beyond the single channel
projected image and shows how adaptable video is to
various uses. We encourage submissions from
video-based artists and curators.
