Jim Finnıs feature INTERKOSMOS comes to mind as a possibility.

Mark Ariel Walkerıs SUPERPOWER‹DAKAR CHAPTER also comes to mind‹I really
like this short (13 minutes). It played Cinematexas a year before last. I
think there may be copies available for rent from LUX (If youıre interested
but havenıt seen it yet, I may be able to help you track down a pre-screener
archive copy...let me know).
