The Eiki SSL Repair Tip, Please.

Frameworkers,

I just received an Eiki SSL-O from EBay and there's a loud rubbing sound
coming from the feed arm when the projector is running forward. I've
noticed the same thing on another Eiki, and was wondering/hoping that some
of y'all might be able to pass a repair tip or two my way. I did spray some
WD-40 on the gears but to no avail...
